Veteran General Contracting WLL. ("VGC") provides use of its https://vgc-qatar.com/ and other related websites, its VGC online service, and other related online services (collectively, "Service(s)") to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). In addition, when using the Services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules or terms applicable to such Services, which may be posted from time to time. THIS AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND VGC AND GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TOS AND VGC'S PRIVACY POLICY ("PRIVACY POLICY") AND, IF APPLICABLE, VGC’S END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTS ("EULA"), AND ANY OTHER RELATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS LOCATED ON VGC’S WEBSITE, ALL OF WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE. In the event any of the terms of these TOS conflict with the Privacy Policy or applicable EULA, the terms of the applicable EULA or Privacy Policy shall govern as to the conflicting terms. 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

The property portal (“Property Portal”) is an internet based hosted platform designed to enable the client (“Client”) to display, advertise, and facilitate discussion surrounding the Clients properties and said properties’availability.

Electronic messages can be received and sent through the Property Portal as a method of communication.

The Client is free to use their own service providers for the transmission of electronic messages from the Property Portal (interface) to their systems. It is the Clients’ own responsibility to commission, instruct, supervise and compensate their own service providers.

The Client is a deemed a user of the Portal through the VGC Website (“End User”). The Portal and Website may make use of data, information, documents, files or materials posted by the Client, including the text of, attachments to, a publication or comment posted on the Portal (such data and materials collectively, “End User Data”).

Fees

The Client’s use of the Property Portal will incur no fees.

The Property Portal will act as a direct line of contact between the Client and any visitors to both the Property Portal and the VGC Website.

The following terms and conditions will apply to the Client’s use of the Property Portal:

1. The Client’s use of the Property Portal will incur no fees.
2. VGC will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation; damages from loss of business, dimunition of property value, loss of profits, or down time) resulting from use of the Property Portal, whether based in contract or in tort (including without limitation; negligence, product liability or otherwise) even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. VGC is entitled and holds exclusive rights to remove, stop, or halt any advertisements or discussions relating to the properties on the Property Portal and may deactivate the Property Portal at any time without any notice to the Client or the Portal’s users.
4. Upon registration the Client is not immediately approved to advertise a property on the Portal.
5. The Client must wait until VGC has formally approved the Client’s registration of an account prior to advertising a property on the Portal. Formal approval will be sent by way of an electronic notification through both electronic mail and the Portal. Formal approval is not guaranteed and the VGC reserves the right to refuse any application in its sole discretion.
6. The Client must comply with the following:
   1. Uploading a high quality photo of the property to be advertised on the Portal;
   2. Photo size is not to exceed 3MB;
   3. Photographs uploaded must not include any text;
   4. Any promotions or promotional material must be reviewed and approved by the relevant government department first. Once approval has been obtained in writing it is to be forwarded to VGC;
   5. The Client must await formal approval from the VGC system administrator.

2. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form or solicitation, except in those areas of the Service that are specially and specifically designated for solicitation;
3. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
4. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
5. provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
6. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
7. collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through g above.

VGC makes no representation or warranty regarding any Third Party Materials or any information, content, data or other materials made available through any Third Party Materials. VGC may block or disable access to any Third Party Materials (in whole or part) through the Services at any time. In addition, the availability of any Third Party Materials through the VGC Gallery or any other Services does not imply VGC’s endorsement of, or affiliation with, any provider of such Third Party Materials.
